Fezziwig’s Feast is a beautiful Christmas show that fills guests with a cheer that will last the whole holiday season. You are Mr. Fezziwig’s guest at his annual Christmas party held at the Fezziwig warehouse. You sit with all the other guests for dinner, live music, dancing, and the whole works. As a surprise to his guests, Mr. Fezziwig has invited his good friend, Charles Dickens to the party this year. Charles has written a delightful Christmas tale called “A Christmas Carol” which he will narrate for all of Mr. Fezziwig’s guests that night. This great show is set in the 1800’s where you and other guests enjoy a Victorian dinner party. The costumes and décor will have you in amazement during the performance. You will feel like you are right there enjoying this delightful party. Charles’ story features Scrooge, played by Richard Ooms. Mr. Fezziwig, played by Scott Jorgenson, hosts one of London’s most famous Christmas parties, and you are blessed to have been invited! You should definitely attend this year. The food alone is to die for and includes holiday favorites such as butternut squash soup with roasted pecans, mixed winter green salad, crown roasted pork with apple cider gravy, and Christmas bread pudding with Grand Marnier sauce and a peppermint stick. Don’t forget that there are also hors d’oeuvres served by the butler during the festivities! Doesn’t that sound amazing?!
Tickets for adults are normally $74.50 and children can get in for just $34.50. This is a great show for the family and tickets go rather quickly, so don’t wait until the last minute for that action. There are plenty of performances to choose from as well. Usually starting on Thursdays, running into Sundays the times range from 5pm (Sunday) to 7pm on all other days. If you’re up and around the Minnesota area of the country, you should definitely make a special trip to Mr. Fezziwig’s feast. There is so much for everyone and it really helps bring in the spirit of Christmas. This amazing show, held at the Wigington Hall on Harriet Island in Saint Paul, Minnesota is one not to miss. With all the adaptations of “A Christmas Carol” out there, this is by far the best, and most delicious! Thinking of something to do this holiday season?
