In 1985, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, and Neil Young came together to help farmers in need stay on their land. During this time farmers were struggling economically and financially so Farm Aid was birthed. Since
their first concert in 1985, farmers have been able to get back up on their feet and continue to make their living once again with the help of Farm Aid. With Farm Aid’s first concert being such a great success they
continued to do beneficiary concerts. Farm Aid is a champions to family farmers all across America. Nearly hour hundred artist have donated their time, money and performances to Farm Aid helping those in need. Dave
Matthews joined in 2001 and with a plethora of other donors Farm Aid has continued to be a success.
Every year there is a Farm Aid concert. Since this is the twenty – fifth year of Farm Aid being a helpful hand to farmers Farm Aid 25 is right around the corner. Coming up very soon is
the concert which will be held in Milwaukee on Saturday, October 2 so America can still grow with hope. If you plan to go make sure you acquire some Farm Aid 25 concert gear and maybe a
