George
Wallace has had a show in Las Vegas for five years now. He
likes to share his thoughts on any random things that are
going on in that time of day or during that year. He is
currently sharing his thoughts on good eats, shopping at
IKEA, gift giving and everything in between. This is called
his “I be thinkin” show. George Wallace makes a lot of jokes
as the audience laughs uncontrollably.
George Wallace first started his career in 1977 on a stage
in Manhattan inside a comedy club. He is said to have a
natural ability to make people laugh. He has such a likable
personality that everyone loves so he can pull it off.
Wallace continued to perform in New York and work on his
comedy skits all while he lived with a fellow comedian and
friend, Jerry Seinfeld. Then in 1978, Wallace moved to the
West Coast to work as a writer for the Red Foxx Show. As a
part time job, Wallace also performed at the legendary
Comedy Store and he became a regular there. It wasn’t until
1982 that Wallace made his debut in Las Vegas as the opening
act for Diana Ross. After his opening act for Diana Ross,
Wallace was the opening act for Tom Jones for over five
years.
George Wallace got an American Comedy Award for the “Best
Stand Up Comic” in the year 1995. He also is featured on a
number of television shows such as Seinfeld, Chelsea Lately,
Late Show with David Letterman, and Oprah. It doesn’t stop
there for Wallace, he also appeared in a handful of movies
such as “The Ladykillers” and “Batman Forever.” His comedy
on the stage these days come from his quick witted humor.
Wallace starts on the stage with a few jokes then he walks
into the audience to greet people. Wallace’s jokes go from
talking about life in general to who he thinks needs to get
a beat down with Judge Judy on his list along with many
others. This is a very funny show but is not recommended for
children under five years of age.
