The
Fab Four Live is a show that takes the audience back to 1964
to Beatle mania. The show is held in the V Theater in the
Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino which is in the Miracle
Mile Shops. This show wants the audience to remember when
the Beatles made their debut on the U.S. television show
called “The Ed Sullivan Show.” This is only one of the
iconic acts that are performed from the Beatle history.
To start the night off, the impersonator of Ed Sullivan
comes out and he acts as the host and tour guide for the
different eras of Beatles music visited in the show. When he
first comes out he says “We have a live show tonight, but
what I’d like to know is do we have a live audience?” Then
the curtain goes up and the audience sees the clean cut
quartet of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and
Ringo Starr as they sing “I want to hold your hand.” The
audience of course sings along to this well known tune. The
audience also dances and sings along with “A Hard Day’s
Night,” “Can’t Buy Me Love” and many more of the band’s
early hits. As the Fab Four sings “Eight Days a Week” they
get the audience involved by clapping along with the song
along with the go-go girls that come out to add some pizzazz
to the performance.
As the curtain falls “Ed Sullivan” reappears, he is dressed
in a different outfit to go along with the time period. He
of course tells a few jokes and then gets the audience ready
for the next Beatles era. The Fab Four Live does an awesome
job with singing all of the Beatles legendary songs from
“Day in the Life” to “Let it Be” as well as changing in the
appearance as the band and their music evolves. The fabulous
show lasts ninety minutes long and is kid friendly. The VIP
seating ticket includes two free drinks and if you want, you
may add on the dinner option as well.
