The Donny and Marie Osmond Show is held at the Flamingo, they are the newest headliners. Donny is a little bit of Rock n Roll and Marie is a little bit of country but together the duo is amazing. This show at the Flamingo with Donny and Marie Osmond started on September 9, 2008. The magnificent duo is required to be at the Flamingo for the show for twenty six weeks within an eight month time span. Their shows at MGM Grand sold out every show, they judged their Flamingo show by how fast it sold out there to see how well they would do at the Flamingo. Donny and Marie appear at the Flamingo for just about every major holiday and convention periods which helps in ticket sales.
Donny and Marie Osmond are from a multi talented family, they were very popular on their self titled variety show in the mid 70’s. This self titled variety show turned into solo musical and acting careers for both Donny and Marie that was very successful. The two have also had a successful career on Broadway along with both of their autobiographical novels were number one on the best seller lists.
The Donny and Marie Osmond Show at the Flamingo have reunited them once again onstage. This is the first time in twenty nine years that Donny and Marie have performed with an extended residency in Las Vegas. The show is represented by Danny Gans and his business partner/manager Chip Lightman are the presenters under their company called GansLight Entertainment. This show at the Flamingo will include dancers, multiple video screens and a custom designed stage. It is going to run for about ninety minutes long with songs from the duos most famous hits together and as solo artists. There are VIP tickets available that includes a special after show commemorative photo with the two stars. The age requirement for this show starts at ten and anything over ten but must be accompanied by an adult if between the ages of ten and seventeen.
