Whiskey Pete’s Hotel and Casino has about 800 rooms that are very tastefully decorated with earth tones and wood, Spanish tiles and granite. There are different size rooms, starting at 325 square feet with one king or two queen size beds. The hotel amenities include wake up calls, security, laundry place, rollaway beds, elevators, video check in and check out, free parking, dry cleaning, children’s cribs, free valet parking, guest services desk, high speed internet access, and much more. The hotel has the amenities in order to ensure their guests comfort and convenience.

The gaming part of the hotel is very impressive whether you are at the tables or slots. The entertainment included at the hotel is Mickey Gilley and Crystal Gayle. They perform in the 700 seat showroom which has also hosted many other music stars. Whiskey Pete’s first opened in 1977 and was one of the first casinos to be located at what was once called Stateline. In the casino there are many different types of gaming machines such as Anchor’s Wheel of Gold, Betty Boop’s Big Hit, Dollar slots, Five Dollar slots, Half Dollar slots, Megabucks, Wheel of Fortune Progressive Dollar slots, Elvis, Nickel slots, Penny slots, Quarter slots, and others. As far as the table and poker games there are 3 Card Poker, Blackjack, Craps, Let it Ride, Roulette, and Spanish 21. Other gaming at the hotel includes Keno, Race Book, and Sports Book.

The Las Vegas Strip is about 37 miles from the hotel but has the Fashion Outlets half a mile away. There is a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterslide available to the guests.
