Summer Bay Resort in Las Vegas is just a short one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. It is right behind Bally’s, Paris, Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, the Venetian, Flamingo, Imperial Place, and Harrah’s. The resort has 648 one bedroom and two bedroom suites.

All of the suites in the resort offer a full kitchen, washer and dryer, private patio, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, Roman Tubs, and a fireplace. The local calls are 50 cents each and long distance calls are $1.50 plus a long distance charge. There are no charges for toll free calls.

The one bedroom suites consist of one king sixe bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with one full bathroom that holds up to 4 guests. The two bedroom suites have two kind size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa along with two full bathrooms that holds up to 6 guests. The resort sits on 19 acres of land with 3 story buildings with no elevators all in a gated community. There are no pets allowed at the resort and rental cars are available at the Concierge desk.

There are 5 heated swimming pools that are open 24 hours, 5 Jacuzzis, barbeque facilities, concierge service, shuttle service and 24 hour front desk. The shuttle service takes guests grocery shopping, to the Las Vegas Strip, and to Fremont Street. Less than half a mile from a resort is the casino, live entertainment, movie theaters, restaurants, tennis, and plenty of shopping.

In the surrounding area of the resort visitors can find boating, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, fishing, golf, grocery stores, horseback riding, lake, medical facilities, water skiing, and much more.
