JW Marriot Resort and Spa

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is a luxurious casino resort located in the heart of Southern Nevada’s most beautiful collection of golf courses called Summerlin. This resort is only a short 15 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The spa at the resort is called Aquae Sulis Spa and has 36 treatment rooms along with a full service salon and fitness center. After your spa treatment your body will feel like it has been rejuvenated and totally relaxed. The parking to the resort is complimentary along with the valet parking that is also complimentary.

The top attractions for the resort are Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area which is great for hiking or mountain biking, Ethel M. Factory, and the Hoover Dam. There is also the gaming action with table games and slot machines that are at the Marriott for fun as well but guests can’t forget the ten golf courses that are all a very short distance from the resort for some enjoyment as well. The Marriott is a AAA Four Diamond Resort as well as Mobile Travel Guide with 3 stars.

The rooms are very luxurious and spacious with different types and size rooms such as Guest Room with or without a Balcony or City View, Junior Suite, One Bedroom Suite, Two Bedroom Suite, or Parlor. There are plenty of restaurants and lounges to choose from for dining as well at the Marriott including Ceres, Starbucks, J.C. Wooloughan Irish Pub, Shizen Japanese Restaurant, Waterside Grille, Carmel Room, Promenade Café, Rampart Buffet, and many more. The resort has about 548 rooms and the casino is 50,000 square feet which is called the Rampart Casino.

There are 1,139 slot machines, video poker, and keno machines along with megabucks. The casino also has forty table games which include blackjack, craps, baccarat, poker, and roulette. The Race and Sports Book has 90 seats and equipped with 14 televisions and five big screens. The entertainment includes Gustav Mauler’s Cigar Bar and the live entertainment can be found in J.C. Wooloughan, the Grand Ballroom, Addison’s Lounge and the Round Bar.

The pool at the Marriott is 11,000 square feet with a waterfall and two whirlpools. There are 12 private cabanas that are located at poolside and a sparkling waterfall coming out of the 11,000 square foot pool. There is about 65,000 square feet of meeting space for the business men and there is no wedding chapel but there is a beautiful garden gazebo for ceremonies.
