 The
Flamingo is one of the oldest hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
Originally owned by Bugsy Siegel, it was his desert dream.
The Flamingo has been around since Las Vegas started rolling
dice in 1946. This resort and casino offers anything and
everything a vacationer is looking for. It even includes a
wildlife habitat and a 15 acre Caribbean style water
playground. The Flamingo is located on the famous four
corners of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. The hotel
combines the crazy and heart pounding excitement of Las
Vegas with the great hospitality and service.

The hotel part is known as comfortable, contemporary, and
newly renovated. The Deluxe rooms are known to be the best
rooms in town when considering your affordability. All of
the rooms are accommodated with a desk, comfortable chair,
and entertainment center with a TV and high speed internet
access port, along with an in room safe, iron and ironing
board, built in hair dryer and much more. The spa and
Fitness center is for those guests who really want to get a
good workout. Then after the work out or even instead of the
workout there is a men’s and women’s spas including multi
temperature whirl pool, wet and dry saunas, Eucalyptus steam
rooms, showers and lockers.
The staff at the spas are always very efficient
with being stacked up on towels, robes, and refreshments.
Also inside the spas are chances to get a professional
massage or an aroma therapy session. As for pools at The
Flamingo, there are four pools within a 15 acre tropical
retreat. The water in the pools are accented by brightly
colored flowers and countless shady palms. The Lagoon Pool
has waterfalls and water slides that offer fun for the whole
family. Then there are two hot tubs that offer the
relaxation guests need while on vacation.
The Casino is more than 77,000 square feet and
is all newly refurbished and showcases some of the hottest
slot machines. It also includes the famous “Blazing Sevens,”
million dollar Keno, live Poker, blackjack, Caribbean Stud
Poker, and Craps. All in all there are about 2,100 slot
machines and 71 table games. There is a game for everyone in
this casino. The Wildlife Habitat includes live Penguins and
Chilean flamingos. It sits on 15 acres of tropical gardens
with brids, mute swans, several ducks, Australian Black
Swans, Gambel’s Quail, African Crowned crane, pheasants,
Japanese koi fish, and much more. This hotel also has a
garden chapel, entertainment, and many restaurants that are
all included and fits everyone’s style.
