Buffet is located in the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino and offers a plate of global cuisines which include Pan-Asian, Southwestern, American comfort foods, regional European flavors, the carving station, a deli display, omelets that are made to order and freshly baked pastries. There is a brunch that runs from 7AM until 2PM, dinner that runs from 4PM until 10PM. On Fridays there is a seafood night that goes from 4PM until 10PM. The Buffet also has two private rooms that are offered at a very affordable rate for birthday parties, family gatherings, wedding receptions and more. There is also an option to make that special event one of a kind with a personalized cake and/or upgraded decorations.
