year's most highly anticipated theme park is coming
to the Central Florida area! Expected to open in
Orlando in the fall of 2011 LEGOLAND� Florida will
join the ranks of Orlando's many theme parks. Ever
since we were kids the popular Lego toys were around.
These plastic bricks interlocked to create just
about anything, and you could even buy sets that
showed you how to build the toy. As we all go older
those bricks faded, but just about everyone can
tell you of the days when they built that one cool
creation. Well those bricks are making their way
back into the entertainment scene in a fantastic
LEGOLAND theme park!
LEGOLANDO California was such
a huge success that Lego is now bringing this fantastic
theme park to the East Coast! This great theme park
that is entirely dedicated to the creativity of
these little bricks is making its way to Central
Florida! The new theme park is located where the
popular Cypress Gardens previously stood. A cool
fact about the theme park is that the new LEGOLAND
incorporated the preexisting gardens into the construction
progress, meaning that this fantastic theme park
still has much of the Cypress Gardens inside the
park.
LEGOLAND has been very secretive
about their theme park plans. However many of the
rides and attractions they have announced are much
like the rides in the California theme park but
with a twist. Lego also announced that this massive
theme park won't only have a few rides and attractions,
but in fact over forty to fifty that will be inside
the Florida LEGOLAND theme park. As the California
theme park as their �test dummy� the new Florida
theme park will feature more rides and attractions
that guests loved on the West Coast!
