Disney's Yacht Club Resort:
With dark woods and wicker furniture, portholes and captain's wheels, the Club's staff are outfitted in the proper attire befitting a crew of yesteryear's yacht clubs, complete with navy blue blazers and captain's hats. This magnificent resort sits along side Stormalong Bay and Crescent Lake, like some summer mansion of the rich and famous on Martha's Vineyard or better yet, Rockefeller's summer estate in Bar Harbor.
- Captain's Grille:
This is a great place to start your day or eat anytime through it with buffet or a la carte meals. For breakfast; the Yacht Club Adult Breakfast buffet is wonderful offering all the usual fare, or try the buttermilk pancakes, very berry French toast, crab cake Benedict, eggs Benedict, ham & eggs, fruit plate Mickey's waffles, steak & eggs, three egg omelets or smoked salmon and toasted bagels. Specialty coffees, smoothies, cappuccino, espresso and bloody mary are offered with tea, milk, juices and cafes mocha and Latte. Lunch has all the favorites with New England lobster roll, fish & chips, grilled sirloin steak salad, roast turkey sandwich and more. Dinner is varied with warm wild mushroom and onion tart, baked scallops, roast prime rib, market fish, Chef's pasta creations, grilled New York strip and oven roasted chicken. Desserts are supreme and servings are great.
- Yachtsman Steakhouse:
As soon as you enter the Yachtsman Steakhouse the aromas from the open kitchen wafts through the air and entices you to take a seat where you can watch the chefs hand cut your piece of steak, filet or other grain fed beef. If you prefer open range chicken or lamb, they can do that will just as much panache and with fresh seasonal side dishes and inspired herbs and spices; you will dine in old New England fashion. The decor is strictly plush with ornate woods, brass and atmosphere that will enhance your evening dining experience to the max. The wines are excellent and the sommelier will help you decide on the best one to accompany your meal. The chef takes great pride in performing some magic with your children's menu and they will be surprised and delighted. Afterwards try the fresh berries with other seasonal desserts or the fabulous crème brulee with rolled chocolate and have the kids roll you back to the room.
