The Yacht Club Resort offers nothing but the best for its guests. And together with it's sister resort, the Beach Club Resort, guests have as much to explore there as they do at the Disney parks! Even better is the convenient location in the center of Disney World meaning only a 10 minute walk to Epcot and quick shuttling to everywhere else. For the best in resort recreations, such as the 3-acre Stormalong Bay, the Yacht Club is the place to be.

Dining options include the Yacht Club Galley serving generous portions of American cuisine perfect for a delicious lunch for all ages. The nautical theme and costumed staff enhance the old-fashioned environment. Meals can also chosen to be in buffet style for those with a bigger appetite.
 The Yachtsman Steakhouse is the other specialty dinner restaurant serving the best in Steakhouse cuisine. The polished wood and quality leather chairs put a very elegant feel to the nautical theme. Guests can order the best cuts in steak and even the catch of the day! Children's meals have also been fine tuned to be just as delicious as the entree's.

Recreation

Pools: The Yacht Club and Beach Club share the same pool called Stormalong Bay. At just under 1 million gallons, some think it is big enough to be a water park. It is definitely an attraction that has to be experienced when staying at the resort.

Beach: Lay back and enjoy the wonderful climate of Florida on the man-made beach in the resort. Guests no longer have to drive to the coast when they can get the same experience just several steps away.

Ship Shape Health Club: Stay in shape during your vacation at the Ship Shape Health Club. Exercise on some of the best equipment with the supervision of experienced trainers. Guests can even go to the spa, steam room, sauna, or even get a massage.

Lafferty Place Arcade: Children will have a ball at this arcade which includes the newest and most popular video games and pinball machines. A goldmine for parents to drop of the kids for some time to themselves.

Playground: Conveniently located next to Stormalong Bay, this makes the swimming area of the resort a haven for those looking for fun in the sun. And with the addition of being open 24 hours a day, your kids can literally play until they fall asleep!

Tennis: Burn calories in a wonderful game of tennis under the warm Florida sun. Racquets and balls are complimentary so guests have no worries making room in their luggage.

Watercraft Rentals: Rent a Pontoon boat, Canopy boat, or Watermouse to enhance you vacation and Disney experience. It is a great recreational activity during rest days from the major parks.

Jogging Trail: Take a run past five Epcot resort on a one mile jogging trail. Exercising guests can continue their routines with a little touch of Disney. Be sure to look for the hidden Mickey Mouse's.

Fishing: Take the whole family on  a fishing excursion for great fun and excitement. Unfortunately, it is catch and release only so guests will not be able to taste what they reel in.

Volleyball Court: Grab some friends or the whole family for a friendly game of Volleyball under the beautiful sun.

Sandcastle Club: Aside from the arcade, parents can take their kids here for a evening of supervised activities and include Disney movies, food, and computer games. Simply one of the best recreational activities of the resort that give parents the chance to enjoy a quiet romantic dinner.
