Dining options at the Grand Floridian include the highest rated restaurants in the Disney World Resort, including the famous Victoria & Albert's and Citricos. Be prepared for a bountiful meal because some restaurants include up to 6 courses. The Floridian also has two large pools with water slides, Jacuzzi's, and even a white sandy beach which leads to the Seven Seas Lagoon. For a little more excitement stop by the marina and rent a watercraft for hour-long sessions. Other available recreational activities is the health club and spa which is a haven for vacationing women, and a jogging trail roughly one mile long.
Reservations can be made for a wide variety of activities children can participate in including a Pirate treasure hunt, and a chef activity where they prepare their very own meal. Pools: Jump into either the 24-hour Courtyard Pool or the smaller Beach Pool for great fun in the sun. A relaxing Jacuzzi can also be found at the Courtyard Pool. Each is equipped with a pool bar nearby which is convenient for guests to knock a few back while watching the kids.

Beach: Enjoy the Florida weather on the white sandy beach of the Grand Floridian. Even during the busiest summer months, there is room for all guests to catch a tan or relax on a wonderful hammock. Don't bother driving at least an hour away when there is a beach along side the resort!

Grand Floridian Spa & Health Club: Enhance your stay at the Grand Floridian with a visit to the Spa & Health Club. Pick from a variety of services including a plethora of massages, facials, and body treatments. Tennis: Tennis buffs can enjoy a wonderful match in the quality courts of the resort. However, equipment is not included so make sure to pack your own.

The Garden View is the perfect way to experience the Grand Floridian in all it's elegance. Open daily from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m., guests can enjoy a British "High Tea" with a variety of tea blends imported from around the world. The Garden View Lounge is a great shift of gear in experiencing what Disney has to offer outside of the theme parks.

Narcoossee's
A meal at this waterside restaurant is an experience that cannot be missed. Enjoy fine dining with Maine-Lobster, a steak from heaven, or Filet Mignon. To add accent to your night request window seating for a wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks show. The restaurant will also dim the lights and play the music for the show from inside the restaurant!

This convenient dining venue works just like a normal cafeteria. Grab all the food you like and pay at the central cash register. Enjoy your quick meal at the outdoor cafe seating, which is also where the arcade can be found. A great spot for the kids.
