Walt Disney's Grand Floridian Resort

Dining:
The 1900 Park Fare dining room is furnished like a Victorian seaside resort of the early 1900s with a beautiful fairground organ built in the late 1800s in Paris, France. This magical musical instrument plays pipes, drums, castanets and a xylophone while guests enjoy the meals served. Endearingly referred to as "Big Bertha, this grand old organ was first moved from France in 1909 and then restored to its pristine state in 1955, coming to the Grand Floridian in 1988 to help it open.

- 1900 Park Fare:
Breakfast at the Grand Floridian is a very special occasion for children; as Mar Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter and other characters from the Wonderland story come to spend time at the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast. This mad cap affair will delight your children as they eat breakfast of Mickey's waffles, bacon, eggs, breads, fruits, juices and omelets made just for them. In the afternoon, the characters return for a Wonderland Tea Party that includes fruits, heart-shaped jelly and peanut butter sandwiches, turkey and cheese sandwiches, games, stories and loads of fun. They will decorate cupcakes and then enjoy them with the great friends and drink tea that tastes a lot like apple juice. Dinner here is very special with Cinderella, Prince Charming and other Disney characters as they partake in the Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner with entrees of carved beef and salmon.

Steamed Maine Lobsters, grilled wild king salmon, seared grilled scallops and crab-crusted halibut is sure to fulfill your fantasies of excellent seafood, with chicken breast, filet mignon and fresh vegetables to the side, this dining explosion will satisfy your best culinary tastes.
