Since 1982, we have been taking our business very seriously and ensuring that you receive your tickets is our top priority.

We have several shipping options:

  • FREE Same-Day Pickup: Are you hesitant to place an order, in fear of possible changes in your plans? Well, fear not! The Momma offers same-day pickup on all orders. Being one of the largest ticket brokers in the industry, we have the ability to keep inventory on hand and fulfill all rush orders. Our convenient location (2 miles from Disney) makes this option the most economical and easy method for you to receive your tickets. We just require that the credit card holder be present with the credit card used and matching photo ID in order for tickets to be released. Place your order now, and it will be ready for pick up today!
    Cost: FREE!
     
  • USPS Priority Service: Delivery location must be in the continental US. Order must be placed 10 days prior to in order to ensure delivery. Packages will only be delivered to the credit card's billing address.
    Cost: $8.90
     
  • USPS Priority (Canada): International delivery for Canada customers. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
    Cost: $35.00
     
  • USPS Priority (UK): International delivery for United Kingdom customers. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
    Cost: $35.00
     
  • Hotel Delivery: If you do not want to pick up your tickets from our distribution office, and you will be staying in an Orlando area hotel, please select this option. We make the delivery to your specified hotel either the day before or the morning of your arrival. Upon checking in, simply ask the front desk clerk for your package. Orders for Hotel Delivery must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before check-in to ensure delivery. Room reservations must be under the same name as the cardholder paying for the tickets.

Common Sense Refund Policy

Here at TicketMomma, we understand that life happens. And when life happens, sometimes vacations get cancelled. So, we offer a 1 time refund* for when those things happen. Here is the criteria for receiving a refund:

  • If you need need a refund: There is a 10% fee applied to the order total, minus the delivery fee. This covers re-stocking and processing fees regarding your ticket purchase.
  • Tickets must NOT be signed or used in order to receive a refund.

*Any E-tickets, tickets that have left our office, tickets not currently sold on the website, or any expired tickets, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
