"We came to Busch Gardens to
celebrate my friend's 24th
Birthday. Our party drove from
Orlando and we took I-4 to get
to Busch Gardens. The drive took
approximately an hour and a
half. If you'll be staying in
Orlando , be sure to account for
the 3 hour round trip driving
time when you're planning your
vacation. Fortunately, everyone
in our group lives in Orlando so
we knew the shortcuts enough to
cut the driving time down to
about 1 hour 15 minutes.
In my opinion , this park is by
far the best theme park in
Florida. What a jewel! I've been
to all of the theme parks
multiple times and this park is
ALWAYS fun. I highly recommend
this park - only if you have
time on your schedule to make
the drive."

"Make sure that your stomach is
not full on this ride because it
will test every aspect of your
anatomy. With the new dynamics
of Sheikra moving at 70 mph,
I wasn't sure what to
expect! While on SheiKra, I
thought of myself riding on the
back of an African hawk as it
turned, twisted and plunged
after its prey. It was the
ultimate adrenaline pounding
experience that took my body
senses to the limit. Somewhere
in the middle of the ride,
SheiKra took us through a
Immelmann loop which is a
rolling over maneuver, followed
by second, then an
outrageous 138-foot dive into an
underground tunnel and a huge
splash in the water as a finale.
I could imagine what the
people were thinking that were
watching us from the
Stanleyville area and the 500
seat Zambia Smokehouse when at
200 ft, we were hurled backward
at 70 mph."

"You haven't seen anything at
Busch Gardens Tampa until you
have soured over to Bird
Gardens to check out almost 500
birds from around the globe.
With glorious color and raucous
calls, these birds never ceased
to amaze me. While there, we
went to see the World of Birds
live show, which consisted of
the powerful presence of
bald/golden eagles from Eagle
Canyon. Not only was the show
entertaining but educational as
we talked to conservation
educators about how to attract
wild birds in your own back
yard. As I walked through the
Bird Gardens I had an
opportunity to get a real
close look at Birds such as
Parrots, Flamingos, Swans,
Ducks, and Peacocks which wander
right in the middle of the walk
way not being the least bit
shy."

"You know how amusement parks
are when it comes to
fast foods, greasy, bland, salty
and pre-cooked. We were quite
pleasantly surprised with a top
quality menu which offered a
diverse number of selections. My
family enjoyed a
succulent Bar-B-Que smoked over
real oak and hickory.
I ordered a delicious filet
mignon and fresh seafood which
made my mouth water. It wasn't
easy to make a selection with
over 20 in-park restaurants and
snack stations. No matter where
we went we were not too far from
a new taste sensation
exclusively made at Busch
Gardens Tampa. While there,
I saw the waiter serving other
delicious plates at the same
time while guests enjoyed fun
packed shows where the
talent consisted of animals.
The service was friendly
and consistent with the
professional preparation of a
culinary team. I would say that
dining at Busch Gardens made
our experience just as exciting
as their heart pounding rides.
Busch Garden's mealtime added
the final touch to a
wonderful experience."
