Disney gowns for brides and princess

Ever thought about getting married in a Cinderella gown, well now is the chance. The Disney company is trying to make money for selling gowns for brides and little princess, which is doing good so far. Disney and bridal designer Kirstie Kelly have developed a line of ethereal gowns that pay homage to Cinderella, Jasmine, Snow White, Ariel and the wonderful Sleeping Beauty.
Since all the little children are into the Cinderella movies and story tales, why not make a gown to be like Cinderella and look like her to with the gown. The gowns will be priced from 1,200 to 3,000 dollars and will benefit Disney in many ways, there will also be showing the gowns off in a magazine or catalog. The plan has be under construction for quite some time and now they have decided to let the public now what Disney is creating for the business.
The gowns being made for ages 3 to 6 for little girls because it gets the attention of the little ones and not so much of the older ones. Now they also have the gown for the grown and sexy women who are about to get married and spend the rest of their life with that very special person. Care Coalition questions whether proposed hospital will benefit children

Although transportation issues present an obstacle for Medicare children to gain access Lake Nona, Nemours Foundation is gaining support for its new children’s facility said Dr. David Bailey CEO. The proposed plan would be part of the vision to build a medical city which includes a Burnham Research Center, medical school, and major research facility.

Bailey is trying to broker a deal between Nemours and Orlando Regional Healthcare which is the third component to the final approval. Although Becky Cherney of Florida’s Health Car Coalition indicated that Medicare children would loose out and probably fears some competition between facilities, Nemours Foundation is determined to build the hospital in Nona which would take about five years to complete.

In addition to issues surrounding poor Medicare Children’s inability to access Lake Nona, officials are debating whether the new children’s hospital would have duplicating medical services such as transplants and implants.

Orlando officials please with their journey

Bradon Fisher did not venture outdoors for their scheduled wrestling demonstration. Officials from Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau were pleased with the Orlando Oasis promotion held Thursday morning in times square. Actors soaked in a hot tub, Disney characters waved to passers by and performers with medieval times, the event which attracted the attentions from outlets such as Good Morning America, launched Orlando's new $68 million advertising campaign. New York City is Orlando's largest market outside of Florida, with about 1.5 million annual leisure travelers, according to the bureau.
Orange County Mayor Rich crotty called the event a great investment and said it set the foundation for the region's on going tourism. At the event, fake palm trees blew int the brisk wind as taxis rolled by in the blush, staffers from the visitors bureau and tourist attractions huddled in coats, some hopping up and down to stay warm. The penguins were flown to New York on a corporate jet. The animals can withstand 30 degrees weather and originally were going to walk around in front of the performers, said Sea world's senior aviculturist Antonio Fernandez.
Zoraida Pacheco of Queens N.Y. squinted at the thermometer on stage. It looks like the climate is much better there said Pacheco, who usually goes Atlantic City, NJ on vacation. But he understood the promoters rationale maybe they are going to catch people in seasonal depression.

Orlando Magic

Coach Brian Hill expresses serious concerns about one his of player Hedo Turkoglu, who is a member of the Orlando Magic and has flu-like symptoms. The Magic have had Turkoglu undergo numerous tests to find out the root of his problems. The coach is more concerned about Turkoglu's health and not his shooting. He also said that his shooting is at a career low of 39.4 percent from the field, the lowest percent since his rookie season. It's pretty clear that there's something wrong physically with him. Turkoglu is expected back at practice Tuesday and playing on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. Hedo Turkoglu is an exceptional player and is well liked by his team mates. Coach Brain Hill says he's an excellent player and just loves having him play on the team but when a player gets ill, there's a serious risk of other players getting ill and nobody wants that.

Predators Arena

The Orlando Predators would like to build a new arena so it can be as large as the Magic Orlando basketball team arena. Brett Bouchy the president and part owner of the Arena Football League team, said that the predators early last year offered to contribute one-sixth of the money that the magic would pay toward the construction of the stadium as long as the predators receive one-sixth of the revenue. In a previous letter sent to Orlando Centroplex director Allen Johnson at about 7pm on Thursday February 8, 2007, Bouchy said that his team stands to lose between $1.6 million and $3 million in revenue each year because of the proposed deal between the city and the magic.
The $480 million arena also would receive $60 million from the sale and redevelopment of the city's Centroplex and another $10.7 million in bonds that would be repaid from the city's general budget. The building of the arena would lose about 1,000 to 1,400 premium seats because of the new suites, which would then be sandwiched between the lower and upper seating bowls of the arena. Last year the predators reported that they would pay up to $16 million for construction for the arena, it's been out there since early 2006. Now the question is, if the Magic say this is a fair deal with the county and the city, then why wouldn't they be able to share a small fraction of the risk and the reward with the Orlando Predators?

Disney increasing growth

Walt Disney World has been in business since 1971, many people have travelled from all over the world to see Mickey and Minnie the original characters of Disney World. Recently Disney has found new ways to increase their business by board casting TV programs like the Disney channel for little children, coming out with new movies like the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead's man Chest, Cars, and the Little Mermaid. They also have profited a large amount of money for working with other companies including E! Entertainment and the magazine US Weekly. The parent of the Walt Disney World on Wednesday February 8, 2007 reported that it earned $1.7 billion, or a share of 79 cents. They have also reported that during the same quarter in the year of 2005, the company earned $734 million or a share of 37 cents.
Disney Chief Financial Officer Tom Staggs said the attendance at Disney World increased about 3 percent during the quarter, and the bookings through March also increased. Disney has also combined with the sport network ESPN to pick up the Monday Night Football game from ABC. Disney decided to close their shares at $35.48 on Wednesday February 7, 2007, up 29 cents. It was reported that International travel wasn't the driver of growth at Walt Disney World, it doesn't look like the weak dollar has brought an abnormally large number of people to the theme parks.

Tornado

On February 2, 2007 there were three deadly tornadoes that hit the Oviedo, Lake and Volusia counties in Florida. The tornadoes arrived so quickly that people barely had time to take cover and hide. The tornadoes came early Friday morning and nobody really expected it. At that time some people were sleeping and died during the tornadoes, some were on vacation and other were visiting family members. Commissioners and council men are making plans to install sirens into the counties so everyone would get a warning of when a tornado is approaching. It will help people get prepared faster and take cover quicker. There were a total of 20 people that died in the tornado that were sleeping and was not aware of the tornado when it arrived and therefore did not survive this tragic disaster. Many trailer park homes were totally destroyed, many people lost valuable items that can not be replaced or sold and now there are people that are left without any place to sleep or call home.
Governer Charlie Crist visited the sites where the tornadoes struck and is now trying to help put things back into perspective. Crews began to remove all the damage that was left by the tornado in neighborhoods near Paisley on February 4, 2007. People who survive the storm described it as plenty of rain, wind, lightning and it was pretty dark and they did not know how it was going to turn out until now. Some are just coming back from their vacation and from their families to discover that their house is completely destroyed and all they have worked so hard for has just gone and now there's no place to go to call home. Lake County official Kevin Lenhart told CNN Television, "This storm moved in the middle of the night into early morning, so fast that it was the worst and deadliest possible time, especially while people were sleeping and was not even aware of the storm and died in their sleep. It's just sad to see innocents caught in a deadly storm and can find no way out of it to save the lives of themselves and their family.
